Submit a return request

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us at 1.858.800.BEST for an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number before the items are returned. we do not accept or process the returned shipment if the RMA is not issued for the return items.

Return Shipping Label

We will provide prepaid return shipping label on defective returns. And customer will be responsible on the return shipping cost of non-defective returns.

Refunds/ Store Credits

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
